In this guide we’ll show you simple, step-by-step instructions to replace your Mini’s fog lights easily at home on your drive.

Removing the H8 OSRAM bulb

Step 1: Locate the plastic cap in the wheel arch

Step 2: Twist it anticlockwise by hand to remove, revealing the back of the fog lamp.

Step 3: Push in the tabs on either side of the electrical connector and pull downwards to remove it from the H8 OSRAM bulb.

Step 4: Twist the bulb anticlockwise to remove it and replace it with your new H8 OSRAM. Then do everything in reverse order.

Removing the upper fog light bulb

Step 1: Push down on the lower part of the clip and gently pull back to remove the connector.

Step 2: Twist the bulb anticlockwise and pull back to remove.

Step 3: Remove the sidelight bulb by simply pulling it out and pushing in a new one.

Step 4: Then, do everything else in reverse ensuring you push the clip back down to secure it into place.
