If you’re dealing with a misfire in your Vauxhall, it might be time to replace the coil packs and spark plugs. A misfire is often accompanied by error codes like P0302 or P0303, which specifically point to cylinder misfire issues.

Tools needed:

• 16mm deep socket
• Extension bar
• T30 torx
• Ratchet

Step 1: Pull off the top cover.

Step 2: Remove the electrical clip and unbolt the x2 T30 screws and then the coil pack will pull out by hand.

Step 3: Remove all 4 spark plugs with your 16mm deep socket on an extension bar.

Step 5: Compare your old spark plugs with your new one to ensure the threads and the overall length of the spark plugs are the same size.

Step 6: Hand-tighten your new spark plugs back into the engine and then torque each one down to 24nm (17.7lbsft).
