Customising small details of your car can significantly enhance its uniqueness and style. One simple yet impactful modification is changing the color of your steering wheel stitching.
Before diving into this fun project, keep in mind that lighter stitching is ideal for color changes, as darker shades like grey or black won’t show the new color as well. In this example, we’re working with white stitching that has aged over time, making it a perfect candidate for a fresh, vibrant update.
Our project car is a 2013 Audi RSQ3 featuring white stitching. Since it’s an RS model with red accents in the engine bay, brake calipers, and other areas, adding red details with a marker pen to the interior seems like a natural choice to create a cohesive look.
